Austin Butler, Matt Smith, & Regina King Film Action Scene for ‘Caught Stealing’ in Queens

Austin Butler and Matt Smith are hard at work on their new movie! Austin , 33, held on tight to Matt , 42, as they headed towards the subway while filming an action scene for their upcoming movie Caught Stealing on Monday afternoon (November 11) in Queens, New York. Regina King was also seen running around the platform towards the train. The actors were joined on set by a ton of extras all dressed up in New York Mets merch.

If you didn’t know, the Mets play at Citi Field in Queens. Based on the book of the same name by Charlie Huston , Caught Stealing “follows Hank Thompson ( Butler ), a burned-out former baseball player, as he’s unwittingly plunged into a wild fight for survival in the downtown criminal underworld of ‘90s New York City,” according to THR . Directed by Darren Aronofsky , the movie also stars Zoe Kravitz , Liev Schreiber , Bad Bunny , and Will Brill .
