One of the premier golf clubs in the United States reportedly has added new members, including a former Super Bowl winner and a tech billionaire ahead of this year's Masters Tournament.

Amazon CEO Andy Jassy and Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian have also reportedly joined the membership of arguably the premier golf club in America. Becoming a member at Augusta National is invite-only and is extremely exclusive, with the club's membership totaling around 300, per the Sports Business Journal.

New members are notified of their addition to the club's membership in September, before the course begins open play in October. The course suffered major damage from Hurricane Helene in September but has since made the renovations necessary to keep it in pristine playing condition. McManus retired as CBS Sports' chief earlier this year, with other notable people in sports who have memberships at Augusta National including Annika Sorenstam, Rob Manfred, and Roger Goodell, per SBJ. The Masters Tournament is traditionally held during the first full week of April, with the 2020 version being an aberration due to the coronavirus pandemic, when it was played in November. Representatives from Augusta National have not commented publicly about who is in the club's membership.

Next year's Masters Tournament is scheduled for April 10 through 13, with Scottie Scheffler looking to retain his title and win his third green jacket in four years. Augusta is located more than two hours east of Atlanta and three hours west of Charleston, South Carolina.
