However, its most recent title has finally broken that record, proving to be the most successful game in 32 years for the company. Atomfall whisks players off to the UK countryside, specifically Wyndham in the Lake District, post-nuclear disaster, as they scramble to escape and discover the mysteries that lie within.

It doesn’t handhold players through quests. Instead, it lets them uncover clues and answers, and it’s proving to be extremely popular.
