Courtesy of Fantagio By Pyo Kyung-min K-pop group ASTRO released its ninth-anniversary single, "Twilight," a track symbolizing a "hopeful future" with fans, Sunday. Fantagio, the boy band's management company, described "Twilight" as a song with a warm yet uplifting melody, blending different instrumentals with the members' harmonies. The group's leader, JinJin, who took charge of producing the single, said the song reflects ASTRO's "journey through difficult times toward a new dawn.
" Debuting as a six-piece act back in February 2016, ASTRO has made it a tradition to celebrate the debut milestone with new songs. In 2024, the group marked the day with "Circles," a gift to their official fanbase, Aroha. Beyond group activities, the ASTRO members — the group now consists of four members following Moonbin's passing and Rocky's departure — have been actively pursuing individual careers across entertainment fields.
Cha Eun-woo most recently appeared on tvN's reality show "Rented in Finland," appearing alongside television stars Lee Je-hoon, Lee Dong-hwi and Kwak Dong-yeon. He is also pursuing acting, currently filming the upcoming Netflix series "The Wonderfuls." Member MJ took the stage last year in the musical "Zorro: Actor-Musician," while JinJin successfully held his first solo concert, "JIN LAB Vol.
1: Find Your Groove," on Feb. 16. Yoon San-ha is also gearing up for his solo gig, scheduled for March 21.
