Former Shark at Shark Tank India, Ashneer Grover, appeared as a guest on Salman Khan-hosted BiggBoss ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ on Sunday. Grover’s demeanor in front of the Bollywood star was all the buzz online. During the show, Salman Khan took a jibe at the entrepreneur over his earlier statement about appearing in Bigg Boss and meeting with the star.
The Dabangg actor claimed that he never met the fintechpreneur. Amid all the backlash over the debacle at the reality show, Ashneer Grover dropped a post debunking the claim without slamming the star. The former co-founder and boss at BharatPe stated that he had fun at the show, and hopefully the TRP of the episode skyrocketed.
Ashneer Grover proceeded with a few bullets in his tweet deck, stating that Salman is a phenomenal host and actor and most definitely knows what works for his show. The Doglapan author further claimed that he never ever said a single demeaning thing about the star. About the multi-crore brand deal, Grover claimed that his numbers are always correct, with the bank and auditor verified.
Recalling the exclusive meeting on brand collab with Salman, Ashneer Grover reiterated that they met for 3 hours at JW Marriott Juhu in May 2019. The director of the ad was also present during the tete-e-tete with the star. He quipped It’s okay if Salman doesn't remember me—I was not a public figure then—he meets tons of people.
