Ashley Ortega clarified that everything is good between her and her “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition” partner, Kapamilya star AC Bonifacio. The Sparkle actress looked back on her trending moments on the reality show on “Unang Hirit” on Tuesday. One of the most talked about moments of the AC-Ashley duo was when the PBB Housemates wanted to grant immunity to Ashley and save her from being nominated for one week.
However, AC was against this and said, “Si Ashley, I feel like is still being fake in this house.” Later on, AC told Ashley that she felt guilty, and they had a tearful conversation. Ashley said that she appreciated it when AC approached her right after.
“Honestly, it wasn't that deep for me,” Ashley said. “I don't look at it now as if it was a big deal.” The Independent Tis-Ice Princess of San Juan added, “I look at AC as a little sister.
” Ashley said that AC is young and that people tend to say things they don't mean. The actress said she also has her moments of judging others too early. She also acknowledged that she did not open up to the housemates early on in the show.
“I appreciate her because she gave me a chance, to get to know me more,” Ashley said. “I appreciate her opening up to me. I got to know her more, and I hope she got to know me more," she added.
“Wala naman talaga akong issue with AC.” The AC-Ashley duo received the lowest percentage of votes to save, with a total of 17.25%.
Nominees Ralph De Leon-Michael Sager earned the highest percentage at 45.89%, while Will Ashley-River Joseph received 36.87% of the votes.
Ashley and AC’s reactions to being evicted are currently a popular meme . During her three-week stint, Ashley made some unforgettable memories inside the PBB house, and even sparked reconciliation with her estranged mom . Shortly after she left the PBB house, her boyfriend and show host Mavy Legaspi penned a short yet sweet message saying how proud he is of Ashley .
