Since becoming a mom, the 37-year-old has been open about how much her life has changed and how she has navigated the twists and turns.



"You see who you were, but you're like, ‘I'll never be that again because I'm a new person,'" she told E! News in 2022 . "That's something you don't get until you're in it. That's been the conversation with myself.

" She knows that plenty of new moms have the same feeling, and hopes that by discussing her own experience , she can help remove the stigma for others. "It's a normal one that a lot of people don't talk about," she explained. "So I'm happy to talk about it.

" Plus, the Victoria Secret model has had to adapt to life with multiple children under the age of 5—but she wouldn't have it any other way. "It's a circus that I can't get enough of," she gushed. "I walk in and there's the top hat, there's banging on the drums, somebody's falling off of a couch—and I love it.

I love a full house." Luckily, Ashley had plenty of help not just from her husband of 14 years, but also from her mom, Linda Graham , who helped ensure that Ashley would feel comfortable going back to work after giving birth to her twins. "I always tell people how blessed I am and how my mom's helped me," she shared with The Cut in 2022.

"After three months, I started traveling and leaving them for overnights." And while she has definitely felt the dreaded "mom guilt," she was glad to get back to work. "I think it's normal," she added.

"I'm actually so happy when I go to work. It feels like a vacation.".
