Arsenal are bracing themselves for a busy summer as they look to prepare for another tilt at the Premier League title after looking to have come up short this year

After a weekend off, Arsenal are gearing up to take on PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 match. PSV beat Juventus in their play-off match, with Ryan Flamingo scoring an extra-time winner. They have been off the pace domestically, though, with a weekend defeat away to Go Ahead Eagles leaving them eight points adrift of league leaders Ajax.

Arsenal are feeling the effects of a quiet January, with Mikel Arteta's side failing to score in their last two outings after suffering an attacking injury crisis. The next transfer window is expected to be busier, though, with a new sporting director on the way. The Gunners are close to appointing that man, after which their attentions will turn to summer ins and outs.
