Allrounder Arjun Tendulkar was dropped from Mumbai Indians’ (MI) squad for their second clash of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 campaign against Gujarat Titans on March 29 in Ahmedabad.Arjun Tendulkar was not given an opportunity to play for Mumbai Indians (MI), which was the outcome of discussions related to team selection made by Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav.The outcome of those discussions between Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav suggested that Arjun Tendulkar does not fit well in the playing XI.

As a result, Sachin Tendulkar’s son was not given a spot in the lineup.Coming to his stat, Arjun has played 24 T20 matches till now, where he has secured 27 wickets averaging at 25, and with an economy of 8.75.



However, he has not had quite the same success with the bat.Arjun has only scored 119 runs while averaging at 13 and with a strike rate of 123. In the IPL, he has taken three wickets in five matches at an economy of 9.
