Jake Arends has accepted the Shift Supervisor position at American Crystal Sugar Company's Crookston, MN factory.In this role, Arends will direct process and maintenance activities during his assigned shifts and optimize processing operations to produce quality products at the lowest unit cost.Arends began his career at American Crystal in February of 2016 as a process technician.
