More info Glasgow influencers Kirsten Cameron and Amy Moore, who own Scots influencer agency Aquarius Creative, scooped a BAFTA last night for their BBC Scotland show The Agency: Unfiltered.
The girl boss duo were thrilled to bits when their show scooped the entertainment award at the Scottish BAFTA Awards , held in Doubletree by Hilton hotel, in Glasgow. Kirsten and Amy's show first launched in 2023 but th e second series of the BBC Scotland show hit over 500K streams on BBC iPlayer within its first month of airing. The show offers an unfiltered glimpse into the reality of life as a social media influencer, providing a behind-the-scenes look at how influencers navigate the industry whilst dealing with their own everyday challenges.
Taking to Instagram to announce their win, co-founder Amy penned: "We are BAFTA winners. so so grateful to have won a @baftascotland for ‘best entertainment’! "The best feeling in the world hearing our show being announced as the winner, we can’t believe it. Thank you to everyone involved - especially @connieees @lauracapaldi , everyone at @iwc.
media and @bbcscotland , and our amazing team, influencers and clients at @aquariuscreative_ - let’s celebrate." And many flocked to the comments to congratulate the duo. One wrote: "Unreal gals congratulations angels!! So deserved xxx.
" While another said: "No one deserves this more." Another added: "Amazing girls!!! Buzzing for you." The girls got their glam on at The Exchange in Glasgow by celeb hair and makeup stylists Pam Docherty and Stacey Toner.
Fitting in with their brand which features lilac, Kirsten and Amy donned stunning matching embellished dresses. Co-founders Amy and Kirsten launched their Glasgow-based company Aquarius Creative in 2020 and have since gone on to build a successful business promoting brands and managing some of Scotland's most popular influencers. The pals connected after working alongside one another at fashion brand Quiz Clothing, Kirsten, as a social media assistant turned creative brand manager, and Amy, as social media assistant.
