New Delhi, September 18: Apple has reportedly paused the rollout of iPadOS 18 for some of its iPad models, particularly in the M4 iPad Pro, after users reported severe issues. The tech giant had been gradually releasing iPadOS 18 to its devices, but it encountered trouble with iPad Pro M4 model. As per reports, a few users claimed that their devices were getting "bricked," making them unusable.
As per a report of Engadget , Apple has halted the iPadOS 18 update after several users of the M4 iPad Pro experienced problems. Users reported that their iPads became non-functional, or "bricked," after attempting to install the latest software update. These problems seem to be linked only to the M4 iPad Pro, as other iPad models did not encounter similar issues.

The Reddit user mentioned, "At some point during the update my iPad turned off, and would no longer turn on. I walked away during the update so I’m not sure when it broke. I tried all of the reset options but nothing worked.
