Apple debuted a long-anticipated new version of the Beats Pill over the summer , and today the company has launched its first firmware update for the new speaker. New firmware follows Beats Pill’s summer debut New firmware is regularly released for Beats devices, just like Apple’s AirPods line. Firmware updates vary in what they include, but there are usually feature and audio enhancements, or just improved compatibility with other devices.
Today marks the first firmware release for Apple’s new Beats Pill . The new firmware carries build number 2C336 . It’s currently unknown what all is new or different with this firmware, but we’ll keep you posted if Apple publishes official release notes.
