Apple has informed various publications, including The Verge, that Apple Intelligence will introduce support for several previously unannounced languages in 2025. These languages include English (India), English (Singapore), German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. Additionally, Apple has previously confirmed that support for English dialects from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom will be implemented in December, while support for Chinese, French, Japanese, and Spanish is scheduled for the following year.
The beta version of iOS 18.1 is currently available for developers, featuring Apple Intelligence capabilities such as writing assistance for text proofreading, notification summaries, suggested replies within the Messages application, the functionality to record and transcribe phone calls, and a new "Clean Up" tool in the Photos app designed to swiftly eliminate unwanted objects from images.
