Anupamaa TV serial is headlined by Rupali Ganguly. At present, Adrija Roy and Shivam Khajuria play pivotal roles in the show. In the latest episode, we see Prem played by Shivam getting arrested on the charges of murder.
His wife Rahi played by Adrija is shattered and worried. Anu has decided to help her prove Prem's innocence. However, Vasundhara does not want Anu to get involved.
In today's episode, we see Vasundhara insulting Anupamaa. Rahi and Anu are against burning of Prem's blood stained shirt. They believe that it should be handed over to the police.
Vasundhara stops them and states that they are crazy to do so. She believes that police will use the shirt against Prem calling it as an evidence. Vasundhara further insults Anu saying that just because she taught dance to prisoners, she thinks she is a lawyer.
Parag and Anil reach the police station and enquire about Prem. While Anil meets Prem, Parag decides not to thinking that it might upset Prem. Anil asks Prem to recollect the events that unfolded on the tragic night.
Rahi also meets Prem in jail. She cries looking at her husband behind bars. She feeds him food and reassures him that everything will be fine.
Meanwhile, Raghav suspects that someone is framing Mohit. He reveals to Anupamaa that someone named Tripathi had visited the prison. Anu recalls Mohit talking about Tripathi and her suspicion intensifies.
Anu also sees Mohit having a conversation with Tripathi. She secretly records him in order to gather evidence. Police also interrogates Mohit and shockingly, he gives a statement against Prem.
In the precap, we get to see Anu bumping into Ashish. Prem is accused of murdering Ashish but he is alive. Rahi gets a shock as she discovers that Mohit is related to Kotharis.
