ANT McPartlin has arrived in Australia ahead of the start of I'm A Celeb. The star, 48, was spotted going for lunch with his co-presenter Dec Donnelly, 49, in New South Wales today before the show kicks off next weekend. They are staying at Cabarita Beach with their families during the show, which the Geordie duo have hosted since it launched on ITV in 2002.
Ant and Dec were seen lunching together at Caba Social cafe. Ant touched down in Australia on Saturday night, while Dec had already arrived with wife Ali Astall, 45, and their two young children. He was pictured earlier that day out shopping Down Under earlier that day with Ali.
Yesterday , McFly singer Danny Jones was see n at Heathrow Airport ahead of his jungle stint. He caught up with Joel Dommett, Kemi Rodgers and Sam Thompson , who are heading to Oz to host the series' spin-off show. Meanwhile, Ant previously hinted he had been informed of this year's lineup - including Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen and N-Dubz singer Tulisa - before Dec.
Speaking in September at the National Television Awards - where they scooped the TV presenter gong for the 23rd year in a row - Dec said he knew "absolutely nothing" about the lineup. But Ant teased: "I think I know a little more than you. I've been chatting to some people tonight.
"But I'm obviously not going to mention them now. It's really good, I'm really happy." Earlier this month, Ant and Dec shared a video on their Instagram account where they appeared stunned by some of the stars who have signed up.
They captioned it: "If we had to describe this year's lineup in 10 words? Good. Very good. Really good.
Brilliant. Yes. Yes.
Yes. YES." This year marks Ant's first I'm A Celeb since he became a dad.
His wife Anne-Marie Corbett gave birth to their son Wilder Patrick McPartlin in May. Ant wrote online at the time: "Welcome to the family. Wilder Patrick McPartlin.
"Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am. "Baby is beautiful, Mummy's a legend, Sisters are over the moon.
Dad's a mess!" As the hit ITV show enters into its 24th series, a brand new batch of famous faces look set to enter the Aussie jungle once again to face terrifying Bushtucker Trials and living amongst the critters in camp in order to come out on top and be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle. The Sun's Jake Penkethman takes a look at the stars heading Down Under this year..
