Kapamilya actress-host Anne Curtis said that these Filipinos deserve to have their own wax figures made by Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong. Anne is the newest celebrity from the Philippines whose wax figure was recently launched. She is the fifth Filipino to have this kind of recognition after boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, and Broadway diva Lea Salonga.

Anne said in a previous statement that she feels lucky to be given this kind of chance. She also expressed excitement for her fellow Filipinos to see her wax figure . In an interview, based on the article in The Philippine Star, Anne Curtis was asked who she thinks among Pinoys who deserve to have their own Madame Tussauds wax figure.



“I would say we have Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, of course, my sis, Vice Ganda,” Anne said, adding that her fellow It’s Showtime host will be a great representation of the LGBTQIA community. Anne also suggested Kapamilya primetime action king Coco Martin for his success in doing long-running teleseryes. She also mentioned Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo who has done a remarkable project featuring Hong Kong, her 2019 movie Hello, Love, Goodbye.

The “It Girl” also wants to see the wax figures of Nation’s Girl Group BINI and two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo. Anne Curtis added that there is a lot of possibility depending on what field. Madame Tussauds Hong Kong’s Sales and Marketing Head BoBo Yu said in a separate interview that it is agreeable that Vice, Sarah, Regine, and Carlos could be the next celebrities to have their wax figures.

“Yesterday, I asked Anne as well and a lot of Filipinos who they want to see and there is a huge list of names, ” the executive of the museum said..
