Sugar has to completely dissolved and caramelised, remove from the heat whisk in the butter incorporate well than add in the cream add in at the end vanilla and salt then remove from the heat.3. Pour over the cornflakes and mix until they are completely coated in caramel.
4. Pour the caramel cornflakes over the cooled brownie.
