A first-year student at the Narayana College in Andhra Pradesh died by suicide after jumping 0f the third floor of the college building. The incident took place at around 10.15 am, according to a report by NDTV.
(Viewer discretion is advised) The entire incident was recorded on a CCTV. In the first footage, the student can be seen getting up from his seat in the middle of a lecture and walking out of the classroom. In another footage, he can be seen walking to the railing of the building, standing on the ledge and jumping off the third floor.
After the student jumped from the third floor, the shocked students and the teacher rushed out of the classrooms to see what happened. The reason for the suicide is yet to be ascertained and the matter is under investigation.
