The new trailer hints at exciting new chapters for Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon’s characters, along with the return of Aidan Shaw, played by John Corbett. The three women return with a new set of challenges in their 50s, tackling love, friendship and life in New York City.
Although Sara Ramirez and Karen Pittman won’t be returning for the upcoming season, there will be several fresh faces. Fans can mark their calendars for the season’s premiere on May 30, along with new episodes every week on Jio Hotstar. The trailer is full of exciting moments.
It begins with Carrie receiving a blank postcard from Aidan and shows her starting a new writing project. As she tries to move forward in life, her home gets hit with a rat infestation, leaving her shocked. Charlotte faces the ups and downs of raising a teenager, and Miranda is seen flirting with a colleague.
Seema Patel, played by Sarita Choudhury, is back in the dating world, while Nicole Ari Parker’s character, Lisa Todd Wexley, is shown managing her family life, along with a crush on a colleague. The trailer also gives a sweet glimpse of Carrie’s real-life cat, Shoe, who is gently moved out of the room as Carrie and Aidan try to spend some quiet time together. At the end of season two, Carrie made a big change by deciding to leave her famous Upper East Side apartment.
Before moving out, she hosted a final dinner with friends and said goodbye to Aidan, who asked her to wait for five years while he raised his kids. Miranda also took a new step in her life by starting a job at Human Rights Watch. Now that Charlotte’s children are more independent, she chooses to return to work.
With new directions in life, love and friendship, And Just Like That season 3 is expected to bring many moments that viewers will talk about. The upcoming season also stars Cathy Ang, Mehcad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, Mario Cantone, Niall Cunningham, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Logan Marshall-Green, Sebastiano Pigazzi, Alexa Swinton, Dolly Wells and John Corbett.
