Xbox is now a third-party publisher, with many of its games already available on the PS5 – and a lot more to follow. It’s interesting to learn how said titles are selling, then, with the likes of Indiana Jones and Forza Horizon 5 already topping the PS Store sales charts. But now, widely shared estimates from Norwegian-based insights firm Alinea Analytics has shed a little light on how Microsoft’s ports could be selling on Sony’s system.

It’s important to underline that these are estimates , and while the company boasts an aggregate accuracy of around 96%, we couldn’t find any further information about its actual methodology. Nevertheless, these are the numbers: Age of Mythology Retold only released on 4th March, and this data is accurate as of 26th March according to Alinea Analytics, so we’re willing to ignore that one for the time being. The rest of these numbers, Sea of Thieves aside, are pretty uninspired, however.

Hi-Fi Rush was considered an enormous critical hit, and there was an outpouring of love when developer Tango Gameworks was closed, so to see it floundering at a little over 100k units is disappointing. Pentiment, at just 14.0k units, doesn’t look like it was even worth the investment on the port.

Sea of Thieves, though, does illustrate the potential here. That game has continuously charted well, particularly in Europe, and will likely improve upon its tally for years to come..
