An Evri driver defecated outside my house, can I get them to clean it up?

One of my neighbours ordered something that was delivered by Evri. Once the delivery was done, the driver went to his car, took some toilet paper, then went under the outside stairs and defecated. All I want from Evri and the driver is for the mess to disappear from under the stairs.

It stinks, it's a health hazard and there's no communal cleaning service that could sort it. Do you think you can help me with this?
