AMSTERDAM - G’s Famous Lemon Cookies on Amsterdam’s East Main Street is set to close on Sunday. “As some of you may know G’s will be permanently closing her doors on June 30th for no other reason but to join my husband in retirement,” the owner shared on Facebook earlier this month. Owned by Regina Flint, the business started as an at-home lemon cookie business and opened the storefront at 44 E.
