Batanes will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms. The wind speed forecase for extreme Northern Luzon is moderate to strong and moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough. The rest of Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward with moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. Sunrise will be at 6:00 a.m.
