Amihan to bring cloudy skies, light rains over Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will continue to affect Luzon, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA's Saturday afternoon forecast. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan, while the easterlies will prevail over the rest of the Philippines. Northern and Central Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters. The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 6:25 a.m.
