The Northeast Monsoon may bring cloudy skies over parts of Extreme Northern Luzon, while the easterlies may cause rains over the eastern section of the country. According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon, cloudy skies with rains may be experienced over Batanes due to the Northeast Monsoon. The easterlies, meanwhile, may cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Caraga and Northern Mindanao as well as partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Davao Region.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over the Babuyan Islands may be caused by the shear line. Metro Manila and the rest of the country may also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may be felt over some parts of the country as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough coastal waters may be expected in Extreme Northern Luzon. Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters may be felt over Central Luzon and the rest of Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be expected over the rest of the country.
