The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) and the easterlies will bring cloudy skies over parts of the country. According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands may experience cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon. The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Bohol, and Palawan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in some parts of the country as a result of these weather conditions. Meanwhile, strong winds with rough seas may be felt over Extreme Northern Luzon. The rest of Northern Luzon may experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country may observe light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:01 a.m. on Sunday.
