Will Smith finally made his first public appearance following the 2022 Oscar Slapgate incident at the Grammys 2025 stage. The actor, along with a slew of other artists paid tribute to the late Quincy Jones at the Grammys. Incidentally, Smith's appearance comes at the heels of a shocking revelation that shed light on his marriage arrangement to wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

The 56-year-old actor had married his 53-year-old wife in 1997 and as per recent revelations have been living separate lives for years. As per a Daily Mail report, the two, while still together, maintain separate homes.
Back in October 2023, it was revealed they had been living separately since 2016. Notably, Smith's solo appearance comes nearly three years after his Oscar slap incident with Chris Rock went viral. The actor sported a black Balmain suit with silver and diamond-encrusted embellishments on his coat.
He sported matching black trousers and shoes. Another insider mentioned that the couple, married since 1997, are "still together" but "have had separate homes for years." In 2023, it was reported that Jada has her own house near Will's in Calabasas. Smith is also said to be "a bit disillusioned with Hollywood" at the moment, with the first source adding that "it could all change with some new success.
The superstar has won four Grammys, starting with his first in 1989 for Best Rap Performance for Parents Just Don't Understand alongside DJ Jazzy Jeff. The duo also earned a Grammy in 1992 for their hit Summertime, while Smith later won solo Grammys for Gettin' Jiggy Wit It and Men In Black.
