17 at about 5 a.m., the Renfrew OPP received calls about a truck being stuck in a Cobden drive-thru.

It had flat tires and a Vermont licence plate. When officers arrived, they located the driver and learned that the vehicle had failed to stop at the border and that there were grounds for the driver’s arrest.
