The Fillo Factory Inc. of Northvale, NJ, is recalling three Chef’s Line US Foods products—Black Bean Burger, 3 Grain Burger, and 3 Grain Slider— because of possible contamination with foreign material, specifically a bolt.The recall encompasses a total of 74,514 cases of frozen burger and slider products distributed to Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

The recall was initiated on Feb. 12, 2025, and remains ongoing, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Classified as a Class II event, the risk of serious health consequences is low, but temporary or reversible effects are possible.
