MILTON — An Allenwood man faces a felony charge of robbery of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property after state police say he took a vehicle without being authorized and pulled out with a woman holding onto a door, troopers said. Zachary Reaser, 31, of Columbia Avenue, faces the felony charges after a Sept. 13 incident that occurred on Housels Run Road, where the alleged victim told police she agreed to drive the man to a home.

On the way, Reaser began to get angry and upset so she pulled over and got out of the vehicle, according to court documents. When the woman got out of the vehicle, police allege Reaser jumped in the driver seat and pulled out while the woman grabbed onto the passenger side of the vehicle and was dragged along for about five feet before letting go, according to court documents. The woman suffered scrapes to her knees, troopers said.

Reaser will now appear before Milton District Judge Mike Diehl on the charges. — Francis Scarcella.
