When the new location opens, customers can expect an extensive menu that starts with various standard and not-so-common drinks, such as house doogh and doogh abali, which are both yogurt-based. For appetizers, the restaurants offer a handful of options, such as Kashk O’ Babemjan, otherwise known as baked eggplant with a topping of kashk, mint, and sauteed onions, or Tahdig with Stew, made with fried rice with a choice of one topping of any available stew.
Besides additional salads, soups, and stews, the restaurant’s menu is based on which protein is desired, with a handful of vegetarian and specialty rice dishes. This new location will make it even more accessible for Tarzana residents and visitors to have authentic Persian food.
