But what does Oxlade-Chamberlain's life look like behind all the Premier League glory, trophies and accolades? Here, we give you the lowdown. Oxlade-Chamberlain was a real thorn in the side of opposition teams in his prime. The central midfielder netted 10 goals and provided nine assists in his first professional season with before Arsene Wenger's Arsenal came calling in 2011, reports .

During his time at the Emirates, the English ace had a successful six-year run, netting 20 goals and providing 28 assists in 198 appearances for the Gunners. He quickly became one of Wenger's go-to players. However, in 2017, Oxlade-Chamberlain shocked football fans by transferring to Liverpool for a reported £35million.

The midfielder contributed 18 goals and 15 assists over the next six years, playing a key role in Klopp's historic Premier League victory for the Reds, alongside stars like Jordan Henderson, Virgil Van Dijk and Mohamed Salah. However, towards the end of his Anfield career, Oxlade-Chamberlain found himself falling down the pecking order, partly due to an ACL injury that kept him out of action for 316 days - missing 58 games in total for his team. After making only nine Premier League appearances in the 2022/23 season, and with his future at Liverpool uncertain, Oxlade-Chamberlain made a switch to Besiktas on a free transfer last year.

However, the midfield wizard once again faced injury woes in the Super Lig, tearing his thigh muscle last December and missing 18 games for the club. Oxlade-Chamberlain hasn't kicked a ball this season, failing to feature in Besiktas' squad and was benched last month against Kayserispor after not getting a minute of action. He has two more years on his deal, but it's looking grim for his Besiktas prospects with no game time in sight.

A move back to the Premier League was mooted in the summer but no move came to fruition. Oxlade-Chamberlain has been in a relationship with former singer since 2016 after sparks flew between them on the celeb dating app Raya. Despite being together for nearly eight years, Edwards revealed this year that she has never lived with her fiance. During an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show in April, she admitted: "I can't lie, it is hard. When he was playing for Liverpool and based in Manchester, it was so easy to do the back and forth but Turkey is a little bit further and he doesn't get a lot of time off.

" She added: "I'm trying to launch a solo career whilst having a two-year-old so it is a lot to juggle but we make it work for the ones we love don't we? We've never lived together anyway - the whole eight years we've been in a relationship, we've never actually lived together." Perrie and her son, Axel, reside in a breathtaking £3.5million Cheshire mansion, boasting an impressive grand staircase, luxurious velvet curtains, and a tastefully neutral interior.

In a recent interview, Edwards opened up about the challenges of her long-distance relationship with her fiance, revealing that his football training commitments often take priority, even on Day. Edwards said: "They train on Christmas day! ," prompting Jason King to jokingly remark: "They get paid enough for it! Shut up! " Edwards continued: "That's what everyone says and I'm like 'you tell that to my two-year-old who doesn't know what's going on! Where's Daddy?" As Axel has grown older, he now understands his father's absence, with Edwards explaining: "So, he's three now and he knows, so now he's like 'I miss Dada'. The second he wakes up he's like 'I miss my Dada' and I'm like 'Me too, we'll go to Turkey soon'.

He's goes 'Yeah lets go on the aeroplane and see Dada'. And every aeroplane in the sky he's like "Dada! Dada's on there! It's so cute and it just melts my heart." Last August, it was reported that Oxlade-Chamberlain would be paid 2.

5million euros (£2m) per season as well as having the ability to earn up to 10,000 euros (£8,300) per match dependent on minutes played - albeit the bonus system is likely to have a long-standing effect on his earnings considering his predicament at present. Sources also reported earlier this year that Oxlade-Chamberlain has an overall net worth of around £13.1million thanks to his days in the Premier League, as well as past sponsorship deals with the likes of BT Sports, Nike and Nivea.

Edwards, on the other hand, is reported to have a net worth of around £15million thanks to her work with Little Mix, her solo music career, as well as her brand, Disora..
