Alejandro Garnacho’s one-word message to Marcus Rashford after Manchester United moment

The latest Manchester United news as Rashford provided a brilliant assist for his teammate to draw the side level in the 2-1 win over Brentford at Old Trafford.

Manchester United returned to winning ways on Saturday afternoon as they came out as 2-1 winners over Brentford. The result eases the pressure on manager Erik ten Hag after speculation over his future throughout the international break. United , however, had to do it the hard way.

Bruno Fernandes was the creator, with the Dane dinking it over the goalkeeper to complete the turnaround. That is how the game finished with United picking up their third win of the campaign.

The result moved them above their opponents and into 11th place in the Premier League table. After the match, United players took to social media to give their reaction. Rashford simply shared a picture from the game with an ‘A’ emoji, referring to the assist for Garnacho.

Instagram And the Argentine was clearly grateful to his teammate. In the comments on the post, Garnacho wrote: “Thanks!”, along with a heart eyes, ‘A’ and stars emoji. The assist was Rashford’s first of the season.

His other goal involvement so far this campaign came when he scored in the 3-0 win over Southampton last month. Rashford wasn’t the only United player to react to the win on social media. Full-back Diogo Dalot shared some adorable pictures of him walking out with his young daughter at Old Trafford along with a message reading: “Perfect way to set up a big week ahead and great to be able to have my daughter with me as well!” Casemiro, simply wrote: “Well done, lads!!!!” Lisandro Martinez posted: “An important home win, but we keep pushing for more!
