In an unfortunate incident in Haryana, a 23-year-old motorcyclist named Akshat Garg allegedly died in a tragic road accident when his motorcycle collided with an SUV travelling on the wrong side of the road in Gurugram. The horrifying crash occurred on Sunday morning, September 15, on Golf Course Road in DLF 2. A disturbing video surfaced online shows Akshat Garg's motorcycle colliding with an SUV, a Mahindra 3XO with a BJP sticker that Kuldeep Kumar Thakur was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road in Gurugram.

Eyewitnesses, including the victim's friend Pradyuman, said that the SUV with a BJP sticker was speeding in a fast lane on the wrong side when the crash occurred. After the incident, the police arrested Kuldeep Kumar Thakur, who was later released on bail. Sharing an update on X, the Gurugram police said that an FIR was registered under relevant sections of BNS, and the accused was also arrested.



Akshat Garg's mother, Rekha Garg, questioned the swift bail granted to the accused driver involved in the accident. She called granting of bail a failure on the part of the law.
