Suniel Shetty and Aishwarya Rai's film Hum Bachche Hain Ek Daal Ke was never completed due to the director’s arrogance. It could have been Aishwarya’s Bollywood debut. But do you know was not supposed to be her first Bollywood released movie. The first film was supposed to be with Suniel Shetty which could not be completed because of the director’s arrogance. Director Rahul Dholakia recently made a shocking revelation that Aishwarya was supposed to make her Hindi cinema debut in a completely different film that didn’t even release.
Her first film could have been ‘Hum Bachche Hain Ek Daal Ke’ but things didn’t go as per the plan. The story of the film was very interesting but unfortunately the film could not be completed. Rahul Dholakia has made a revelation related to this film after almost 30 years.
Dholakia is known for making documentary films, was the producer of the film and he put the blame for the same on the director. “Suniel had asked me to handle the production. It was directed by Shashilal Nair and Rahul Gupta was the producer.
I was handling the production for that and one thing I learned was what a director shouldn’t do, revealed Rahul. Rahul further said, “He wanted to shoot an action sequence at the Grand Canyon where boulders fall and wanted the boulders to be the size of a room. He asked for 1000 boulders of that size, and when he was asked how many takes he would take for that scene he got offended.
