Bharti Airtel has introduced a new prepaid plan that offers high-speed data connectivity and OTT benefits for under Rs 400. The plan we are talking about is the Airtel Rs 398 plan. The plan can be purchased via the Airtel Thanks app, website, and retail stores.
It also offers other benefits. Let’s check out more about the plan here. Airtel’s 398 plan offers 2GB of 5G data per day, unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls.
It also packs 100 daily SMS. The plan has a validity of only 28 days. This Airtel plan comes packed with a 28-day Hotstar Mobile subscription, that will let users to enjoy live sports, movies, and popular shows.
However, the subscription is simialr to the Hotstar’s basic plan that offers access to only one smartphone and includes ads. Hotstar’s basic plan is priced at Rs 149 for 3 months. Reliance Jio also has a similar New Year Welcome Plan, which is priced at Rs 2025.
However, unlike the Airtel plan it has a 200-day validity and offers 500GB of high-speed 4G data, which is 2.5GB daily FUP. The benefits of the plan includes Unlimited 5G access for users with compatible devices and free unlimited calling, SMS.
The additional benefits available with the plan include access to Jio apps like JioTV and JioCinema. Jio is offering this plan for a limited time period from December 11, 2024, to January 11, 2025. It can be bought via the MyJio app or Jio’s website.
