How to make air fryer blueberry muffins: 125 grams of wheat flour 1⁄2 tsp baking powder 1⁄2 tsp baking soda 75 grams of sugar One packet (8g) of bourbon vanilla sugar One pinch of salt 1⁄4 tsp unwaxed lemon zest One egg 60 ml neutral vegetable oil 60 ml milk or plant drink 80 grams of blueberries 12 muffin paper cups Icing sugar for dusting Method: Firstly, mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the blueberries.Mix everything with a hand mixer using a whisk to form a smooth dough.

Next, stir in the blueberries only briefly on the lowest level or fold in with a spatula. For better stability, place two paper baking cups on top of each other. Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and place on the grid in the air fryer.

Bake at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes. Then remove the blueberry muffins and let them cool on a wire rack. Enjoy dusted with powdered sugar and serve.
