We have more newsletters Show Me No thanks, close See our Privacy Notice A crash on the A14 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk , on Thursday (March 13) has left one person in hospital. An air ambulance and three road ambulances were sent to the crash involving two cars and a van. The incident took place between junctions 43 and 44, near the British Sugar factory.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.56am with reports of a collision on the A14 , Bury St Edmunds. "We sent East Anglian Air Ambulance, a SARS vehicle, three ambulances and two ambulance officer vehicles.
