”Aimee Lou Wood spotted crying in LondonA week after HBO’s The White Lotus Season 3 concluded, Aimee Lou Wood seems to have an emotional meltdown in public. The 31-year-old actress was spotted wiping her tears in South London. Amid Wood’s tearful reaction, the star was hugged by her companion, Ralph Davis.

This was reportedly Wood’s first public appearance since her Instagram post about SNL’s parody. Wood sported a baseball cap and jeans for her casual look. Moments after she burst into tears, cameras saw her going inside a cafe with Davis (via Daily Mail).

Previously, Wood went on an Instagram rant, speaking about why she did not like SNL’s parody sketch, The White Potus. She shared that she is not “thin-skinned” and can take a joke. However, Wood prefers humor that is “clever and in good spirits.

”Wood hinted that the jokes could be “cleverer, more nuanced” while being “less cheap.” She added, “But the whole joke was about fluoride. I have big gap teeth, not bad teeth.

” While commenting on the sketch, she also noted, “The rest of the skit was punching up.” She mentioned that Chelsea’s representation felt “punched down on” (via BBC).Wood also clarified that she is not “hating on” Sarah Sherman but rather just “hating on the concept.

” The actress also found support from other Instagram users. She shared a comment from a user who mentioned that the sketch seemed like “a screeching turn into 1970s misogyny.” The BAFTA-winning star wrote, “This sums up my view,” while resharing the user’s note.

This is not the first time that Wood has addressed the internet’s discourse about teeth. In a GQ interview, Wood talked about how women’s appearance still holds a different space. Speaking of her “refreshingly real” look, Wood shared, “The whole conversation is just about my teeth, and it makes me a bit sad because I’m not getting to talk about my work.

They think it’s nice because they’re not criticizing.”The post Aimee Lou Wood Spotted Crying Amid SNL Parody of The White Lotus appeared first on ComingSoon.net - Movie Trailers, TV & Streaming News, and More.
