Among others, his brother-in-law Ahan Shetty shared a special wish for him. Ahan took to his Instagram stories to share a picture of KL Rahul, his father Suneil Shetty and himself.
The three of them were seen in white kurtas posing in a garden. In the caption, he wrote, “Happy birthday, brother." Suniel Shetty also shared the same picture on his handle to wish his son-in-law.
In the caption, she wrote, “Brother for Ahan, Life partner for Tia and a Son for Mana and Me. Wishing our most cherished gift a very very happy birthday.’ The cricketer and his wife, Athiya Shetty, have revealed their daughter’s name on the special occasion of his birthday.
They named their daughter Evaarah, which means “gift of God." The celebrity couple announced the name in a joint post. KL Rahul is carrying his baby girl in the photo, as Athiya leans on.
The caption read, “Our baby girl, our everything. Evaarah/ इवारा ~ Gift of God." Athiya and KL Rahul, who married in January 2023 at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala estate, announced their pregnancy in November 2024.
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on March 24, 2025. Ahan Shetty made his film debut with the 2021 release Tadap. Four years after the film, the actor announced his second project.
He is set to star in filmmaker JP Dutta’s Border 2 with actors Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh. Now, reports suggest that Ahan Shetty is teaming up with director Shaad Ali, who is known for helming the 2005 release Bunty Aur Babli. A source further told Hindustan Times, “While Ahan is currently busy with the shoot of Border 2, his film with Shaad is expected to go on floors next year, after Border 2 releases.
