The nonprofit will build 48 single-family homes exclusively available to middle-income earners, with prices ranging from $230,000 to $245,000. Buyers can also utilize 100% financing, meaning a down payment isn’t required to purchase a house.

During the initiative, volunteers will come together to build 25 homes in one week.
