Aditi and Siddarth’s love story began in 2021 on the sets of the Telugu film, Maha Samudram.
In a conversation with Vogue India last year, Aditi recalled Siddharth’s adorable wedding proposal for her. The actress said, “I was closest to my nani, who passed away a few years ago. She started a school in Hyderabad.
One day, Siddarth asked me if he could see it, knowing full well how close I had been to her." As Aditi took him to the special location which is close to her heart, Siddharth went down on his knee and pretended to tie his shoelaces. While she did not understand at first, the actor finally proposed to her.
Reminiscing about the special moment, Aditi continued, “He got down on his knee and I asked him, ‘Now what have you lost? Whose shoelaces are open?’ He kept saying, ‘Addu, listen to me’. And then he proposed. He said he wanted to bring me to my favourite childhood place, one with my grandmother’s blessings.
" Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth tied the knot in a secret wedding at a 400-year-old temple in Wanaparthy last year. In terms of work, Aditi Rao Hydari is set to feature in Imtiaz Ali’s next, O Saathi Re. In the film, she will share screen space with Avinash Tiwary and Arjun Rampal.
On the other hand, Siddharth is winning hearts with his role of a successful cricketer in Test, co-starring R Madhavan and Nayanthara in lead roles..
