Adam Reynolds has made it clear that his preference is to remain with Brisbane Broncos following reports linking him with Hull KR . Speculation in Australia has linked with Robins with the veteran halfback, who is off-contract at the end of the season. Hull KR have their eyes on the halfback scene given Tyrone May's future is unclear and while Reynolds is a player that have discussed, there has been no recent communication between the parties, with Rovers looking elsewhere.
That hasn't stopped reports though and having been linked with a move to Super League, Reynolds has now outlined his thoughts on his future, admitting he wants to play on and ideally, with the Broncos. “The plan is to play on,’’ the 34-year-old told Triple M. “I will keep all options open at the moment.
You never know what is around the corner. “Ideally, I would love to stay at the Broncos but it is pretty tight there at the moment. If things work out, great.
If not you would have to look and explore and see what else is out there.” The future of May will determine whether Rovers move on the halfback front, but the club is aware that May has ambitions to return to Australia and play with his brothers. “We spoke to Tyrone earlier in the year and I think Tyrone has ambitions to go back to Australia," head coach Willie Peters told Serious About Rugby League last week.
“He wants to go and play with his brothers, he’s openly said that so that’s where his focus is, he wants to play with his brothers and he’s said that openly a number of times. I think he’s looking for an opportunity to play with his brothers.”.
