New Delhi: Maharashtra election results have thrown a surprise for the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) as the alliance couldn't manage to give a tough fight to the ruling Mahayuti coalition which is nearing to women 220 seats. Fahad Ahmad contested the Maharashtra polls from Anushakti Nagar on the symbol of NCP (Sharad Pawar). He is trailing against Sana Malik of NCP (Ajit Pawar) by 3,378 votes.
However, he has accused the EVMs for the defeat and said he was leading till 16 rounds of counting. Notably, the Election Commission has completed 18 rounds of counting in Anushakti Nagar and the 19th and last round of counting is underway.
