NEW DELHI: Actor Jaaved Jaaferi on Saturday said his X account has been hacked and promptly notified his followers regarding the unauthorised access to his social media profile. He subsequently utilised his Instagram platform to apprise his audience about the security breach, while sharing visual evidence demonstrating his inability to access his X account. He earnestly requested his supporters to lodge formal complaints about the unauthorised intrusion with the microblogging platform.
"So my X account (@jaavedjaaferi) has been hacked. I sincerely request those that are following me on Twitter to complain to X about. Saada Hack.
.. Aetthe Rakh!! Thank you (sic)" he wrote, in an apparent reference to the popular song "Sadda Haq" from "Rockstar".
Recently, X social media accounts belonging to playback vocalist Shreya Ghoshal and film actress Swara Bhasker experienced security breaches. Subsequently, both accounts were successfully recovered and returned to their rightful owners. Jaaferi's latest film release was Avinash Das' "Inn Galiyon Mein".
