Home | Action will determine if ANC can win back support: Mbeki Former African National Congress (ANC) president Thabo Mbeki , says the party’s actions, not words, will be crucial in determining if it can win back support from the electorate. Mbeki was addressing the Free State ANC renewal convocation in Welkom. Since Friday, serious matters that include the decline of the ANC electoral dividends since 2009 have been at the centre stage of the meeting.

“To the practical actions if we are in government at national level, in government in the province, in government in municipalities, the population expect that those institutions of the government must indeed respond in terms of goals and services expected of government.
