Hyderabad :The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) served notice on the management of Formula E Racing Operations Limited, a UK based company, to appear before the agency for questioning in relation to the Formula E racing irregularities case. Sources said that the company's CEO had sought four weeks’ time. ACB officials are focusing on the illegal transfer of `54 crore government funds from the HMDA to the Formula E Racing Operations.
Agency officials have questioned BRS working president and MLA K.T. Rama Rao, senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar and HMDA retired employee B.
L.N. Reddy in the case.
The three have also been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to probe the possible moneylaundering aspects. The ED is likely to serve notices on the Formula E Racing Operations management asking them to appear before the agency..
