Aastha Gill is currently basking in the popularity of her latest track Nazar, which she says is all about the “rush of excitement when you have a crush on someone.” However, when it comes to the popularity of films and music in India, Aastha believes things are a little bit more complicated – ergo, not black and white. In an exclusive interaction with Zoom, when asked whether, in India, music takes a backstage to movies, the pop sensation revealed, “It’s a bit of a grey area.

It’s important to stay connected and listen to what they love, so I can give them more of that energy in my music,” she shared. Looking ahead, Aastha has exciting plans for her fans. “I’m really excited about some upcoming collaborations, and I can’t wait to share them with everyone.
