After weeks of drama in Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, viewers are set to get an exciting surprise as a new character, played by Aasim Khan, will be introduced soon. Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, starring Bharat Alhawat and Ayushi Khurana , has been getting love from viewers thanks to its unique plot. Unlike typical love stories, the show explores the concept of Aata Saata, where one marriage is exchanged for another.
After weeks of intense drama, viewers are set to get an exciting surprise as a new character, Rohit, played by Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin fame Aasim Khan, will be introduced soon. Although details about his role are still under wraps, Aasim teased that his character is involved in a conflict between two brothers over their mother, and so far, Rohit’s arc has been positive. That’s not all, the talented actor also hinted about a love triangle in the upcoming episodes.
Speaking about his role with ETimes, Aasim shared, “I joined the show recently and started shooting for it on April 11. I play a parallel lead in the show. My character’s name is Rohit and there is a fight between two brothers for their mother so far my character is positive in the show.
I am enjoying playing it so far and there even might be a love triangle in future. So I am looking forward to it." The actor already had experience playing a negative role in his last project, so this time, he wanted to do something new and more positive.
He also hopes to appear as a hero in future shows. Aasim is now focused on exploring more roles in different genres and platforms. He has also moved to Mumbai and plans to stay there, as he sees a bright future in the city.
At the launch of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, stars Bharat Alhawat and Ayushi Khurana shared their thoughts on their roles and how they connect with their characters. Ayushi, who plays Reet Chaudhary, mentioned that she enjoys playing strong characters. She described Reet as a bold and determined woman who challenges customs.
Ayushi also learned a lot about family and cultural issues while exploring the Aata Saata in the show. Bharat, who appears as Raghav Suryavanshi, explained that the show isn’t a typical love story. It focuses on Reet and Raghav, and how they deal with a marriage that is based on a custom.
